Located at the oldest club of Mainz, the “Red Cat”, we found the perfect place for setting up an urban clubnight apart from any mainstream hype. After hard work of establishing such an intention, and having stepped through nearly all kinds of underground soul music, the Soulparlor night is now well known and highly respected worldwide.

With a main focus on brokenbeat and soulful twisted house music, the musical spectrum also covers jazzy types of drum&bass, well selected hip-hop and nu-soul.
